How Balances Work
Your SOLBET balance is stored on our platform (not on-chain). This enables:

- 💸 Free — No gas fees for playing or tipping
- 🎮 Seamless — Just play, no wallet popups
You can deposit from your Solana wallet anytime, and withdraw back when you want.
Depositing
Step 1: Get Your Deposit Address
- Open a private chat with the bot
- Send
/profile - Click 💰 Fund
- Select the token you want to deposit
You'll receive a unique deposit address for that token.
Step 2: Send Tokens
Send tokens from your Solana wallet to the address shown.
⚠️ Important: Only send the correct token to that address. Sending wrong tokens may result in loss.
Step 3: Wait for Confirmation
Deposits require blockchain confirmation (usually 1-2 minutes). Your balance updates automatically.
Withdrawing
Step 1: Start Withdrawal
- Open a private chat with the bot
- Send
/profile - Click 💸 Withdraw
- Select the token to withdraw
Step 2: Enter Details
- Amount: How much to withdraw
- Address: Your Solana wallet address
Step 3: Confirm
Review the details and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within a few minutes.
Minimum Amounts
Each token has minimum withdrawal amounts to cover transaction costs. These are shown when you initiate a withdrawal.
Troubleshooting
Deposit not showing?
- Check transaction confirmed on Solana (1-2 minutes)
- Verify you sent the correct token
- Verify you sent to the correct address
- Wait up to 10 minutes for processing
Withdrawal failed?
Common causes:
- Invalid wallet address
- Destination doesn't have a token account for that token
- Amount below minimum
Failed withdrawals are automatically refunded to your SOLBET balance.
