How to Deposit

1. Start the Deposit Process

/fund

In a group chat, the bot will provide a button to continue in private chat for security.

In private chat (DM), you'll see a chain selection menu.

2. Select Chain & Get Address

  1. Choose "Solana" from the chain options
  2. The bot shows your unique deposit address
  3. This address is:
    • Unique to you — Only you can deposit to this address
    • Persistent — Same address every time
    • Solana-based — Send SOL or SPL tokens

3. Send Tokens

From your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.):

  1. Select the token you want to deposit
  2. Enter your SOLBET deposit address
  3. Confirm the transaction

4. Check for Deposit

Click the "🔄 Check for Funding" button to verify your deposit was received. Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation (typically 1-2 minutes on Solana).

Important Notes

⚠️ Send the Correct Token

  • Only send the token matching your active token setting
  • Sending the wrong token may result in lost funds
  • Double-check the token before confirming

⚠️ Minimum Deposit

There may be minimum deposit amounts. Very small deposits might not be credited due to transaction costs.

⚠️ Address Verification

Always verify your deposit address:

  1. Copy directly from the bot message
  2. Double-check first and last 4 characters
  3. Never manually type addresses

Checking Deposit Status

Use the "🔄 Check for Funding" button that appears after you receive your deposit address. This will scan for new transactions and credit your balance automatically.

Troubleshooting

Deposit Not Showing

  1. Check transaction status — Verify it's confirmed on Solana
  2. Wait a few minutes — Processing can take time
  3. Check the right token — Ensure you sent the correct token
  4. Contact support — If still missing after 10 minutes

Wrong Token Sent

If you accidentally sent the wrong token:

  1. Note the transaction hash
  2. Contact support with transaction details
  3. We may be able to recover tokens (not guaranteed)
