1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOLBET (the "Platform"), whether through the website, the Telegram bot, or any other client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator identified in Section 2.

2. Operator and Licence

The Platform is owned and operated by the operator of SOLBET ("SOLBET", "we", "us"). SOLBET has applied for a gaming licence from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, and operates in accordance with the conditions of that licence regime, including the anti-money-laundering, responsible-gaming, and player-protection requirements set out in these Terms. The licence number will be published here once issued.

3. Nature of the Service

SOLBET is an online gaming platform on which you wager cryptocurrency tokens on games of chance. Wagers are placed with real cryptocurrency assets held in your Platform balance and can be won or lost.

  • Deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in cryptocurrency tokens on the Solana network
  • Balances on the Platform are an off-chain ledger of the tokens you have deposited or won, redeemable by withdrawal to your wallet
  • The Platform does not accept fiat currency, bank cards, or bank transfers

Gambling involves risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.

4. Eligibility

To use the Platform you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher
  • Not be located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where we do not offer the Platform (the "Restricted Jurisdictions"), including the United States of America and its territories, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Curaçao, and the Union of the Comoros
  • Not be using the Platform on behalf of anyone else
  • Not have previously self-excluded or been excluded by us

You are responsible for confirming that online gambling is legal where you are. We may use geolocation and other technical measures to restrict access from Restricted Jurisdictions, and we may void wagers and withhold winnings placed from a Restricted Jurisdiction or by an underage person.

5. Accounts

  • You may sign in with a Solana wallet signature or through Telegram
  • You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their balances consolidated or forfeited
  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet keys and Telegram account. All activity from your account is treated as yours
  • We may require you to link a verified wallet before you can withdraw
  • Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be treated as dormant. We will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy measures

6. Identity Verification and Anti-Money-Laundering

We operate a risk-based anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer programme in line with our licence conditions.

  • You are not normally required to submit identity documents to play or to make routine withdrawals
  • We may require you to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds before processing a withdrawal when cumulative withdrawals exceed thresholds we set, when a transaction or wallet is flagged by blockchain analytics, when we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or use of a Restricted Jurisdiction, or when a regulator or law enforcement body requires it
  • Where verification is requested, withdrawals may be held until it is completed. If you do not complete verification within 30 days we may return the balance to the wallet it was deposited from, where that is possible, or otherwise hold it in accordance with our licence conditions
  • We screen deposit and withdrawal wallets against sanctions lists and blockchain-analytics risk indicators. Funds that originate from sanctioned addresses, hacks, or other illicit sources may be frozen and reported
  • We keep records of transactions and any verification data for at least five years after the end of the business relationship, as required by our licence

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits are credited after the required number of on-chain confirmations. Only supported tokens sent to your assigned deposit address are credited. Unsupported tokens or tokens sent to the wrong address may be unrecoverable
  • Withdrawals are sent to your linked wallet only. Network fees are deducted from the withdrawal
  • Withdrawals are normally processed automatically. We may delay a withdrawal for security review, verification (Section 6), or where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms
  • We do not convert between tokens. Each token balance is withdrawable only as that token
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address or by the failure of a third-party wallet or network

8. Games, Fairness, and Limits

  • All games use a provably fair system: server seeds are committed by hash before play, and every settled game can be verified on the Platform
  • The house edge for each game is published on the Platform and may change with notice
  • Each game has a maximum win per wager, expressed as a fraction of the relevant liquidity pool. Wagers that would exceed it are rejected before they are placed
  • If a game is interrupted by a Platform fault, a wager that has not been resolved is returned. A wager that has already been resolved stands
  • Obvious errors in odds or payouts (for example a display or configuration mistake) may be corrected, and wagers settled on an erroneous basis may be voided
  • Multiplayer games are settled from the same server clock for all players. Network latency on your side does not change the outcome of a cash-out request already received by the server

9. Liquidity Pools

The Platform allows users to supply tokens to a liquidity pool that funds game payouts in exchange for a share of that pool.

  • The value of a pool share rises when players lose and falls when players win. You may receive back fewer tokens than you supplied
  • Withdrawals from a pool may be delayed while wagers are outstanding against it
  • Supplying liquidity is not a deposit, loan, or investment product and carries no guarantee of return

10. Responsible Gaming

We want the Platform to stay entertainment.

  • You may ask us at any time to set a wager or loss limit on your account, or to take a cooling-off break of 24 hours to 6 weeks
  • You may self-exclude for a period of 6 months or more, or permanently. During self-exclusion we will close your access, return your withdrawable balance to your linked wallet, and refuse new accounts we can identify as yours
  • Requests are made through the support channels in Section 19 and take effect within 24 hours. A self-exclusion cannot be shortened once set
  • If you feel gambling is a problem, help is available from organisations such as GamCare (gamcare.org.uk), Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org), and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org)

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to play, claim, or interact with the Platform
  • Create or control more than one account, or play on someone else's behalf
  • Exploit a bug, error, or vulnerability instead of reporting it
  • Collude with other players, or use the Platform to launder funds or evade sanctions
  • Use a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your location or evade a restriction
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform

We may void wagers, forfeit balances derived from prohibited conduct, and close the account.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are owned by SOLBET or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Platform content without permission. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.

13. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED, OR ANY PARTICULAR FINANCIAL OUTCOME. CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUES ARE VOLATILE AND TOKEN BALANCES MAY LOSE VALUE INDEPENDENTLY OF GAME RESULTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLBET AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TOKENS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF YOUR WITHDRAWABLE BALANCE AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

15. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact support (Section 19) within 30 days of the event with your account identifier and the game or transaction reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 days. Our game logs and provably fair records are the authoritative record of play. If you are not satisfied with our final response you may refer the matter to the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Union of the Comoros as applied in Anjouan. Subject to Section 15, the courts of Anjouan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and will require you to accept the updated Terms before you next wager. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account, void wagers, and withhold winnings where you breach these Terms, where required by law or our licence, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. A withdrawable balance that is not the proceeds of a breach will be returned to your linked wallet, subject to Section 6. You may close your account at any time by withdrawing your balance and contacting support.
