- Device and connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device type, operating system, and browser
- Log data: access times, pages viewed, and errors
- Telegram data: the chat IDs in which you interact with our bot

- Transaction signatures for deposits and withdrawals
- Public on-chain activity of linked wallets, including risk indicators from blockchain-analytics providers
3. How We Use Information

- Operate the Platform, settle games, and process deposits and withdrawals
- Verify age, location, and identity where required, and screen wallets against sanctions and illicit-funds indicators
- Detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and bot use
- Apply responsible-gaming limits and self-exclusions
- Provide support and respond to complaints
- Comply with our gaming licence conditions and other legal obligations
- Improve the Platform, including aggregate analytics
We rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal and licence obligations, our legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, and your consent where we ask for it.
4. Information Sharing
We share information only as follows:
4.1 Service Providers
Providers that process data on our behalf: cloud hosting and database providers, blockchain RPC and analytics providers, identity-verification providers when verification is requested, and error-monitoring services. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
4.2 Regulators and Law Enforcement
The Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, financial-intelligence units, and law-enforcement bodies where required by our licence or by law, including suspicious-activity reports.
4.3 Other Users
Your display name, level, and game results may be visible to other users in chat, leaderboards, multiplayer games, and the public results feed. Wager amounts and balances are shown to other users only in multiplayer games where you have placed a bet.
4.4 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Retention
- Account and transaction records are retained for at least five years after your account closes, as required by our licence and anti-money-laundering obligations
- Game history and provably fair records are retained indefinitely for verification and audit purposes
- Identity documents are deleted once verification is complete and the retention period above has passed
- Server access logs are retained for up to 30 days
- Chat messages are retained for 30 days
6. Data Security
We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, wallet-signature and token-based authentication, row-level access controls in our databases, and restricted staff access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Deletion is subject to the retention periods in Section 5 that we are legally required to keep. To exercise a right, contact us through the channels in Section 13. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
The website uses essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, preferences, and security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Telegram bot does not use cookies.
9. Children
The Platform is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will close the account and delete the information, subject to any records we must keep.
10. International Transfers
We are established in Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. Our service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual safeguards for those transfers.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform links to third-party wallets, block explorers, and Telegram. Their privacy practices are their own.
12. Blockchain Transparency
Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Wallet addresses and on-chain amounts cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
