How to add and configure SOLBET for your Telegram group.

Adding the Bot

Step 1: Find the Bot

Step 2: Add to Group

1. Open your group settings
2. Click "Add Members"
3. Search for @solbetdotfun_bot
4. Add the bot to your group

Step 3: Grant Admin Rights

For full functionality, make the bot a group admin:

1. Go to group settings → Administrators
2. Add @solbetdotfun_bot as admin
3. Enable these permissions:
   • Delete messages (for cleaning up game spam)
   • Pin messages (optional, for announcements)

Initial Configuration

Once added, the bot works with default settings. You'll want to add tokens for your community.

Add Your Token

Use the /addtoken command to add tokens to your group:

/addtoken

This starts an interactive flow to add a token by its Solana mint address.

Verification

Test that everything works:

/faucet               → Should show token selection
/flip 10 heads        → Should play a game (after claiming tokens)
/tokens               → Should show available tokens

Note: /profile only works in private chat with the bot.

Troubleshooting

Bot Not Responding

1. Check bot is in the group
2. Check bot has message permissions
3. Try /start in private chat to verify bot is online
4. Commands must start with /

Commands Work in DM But Not Group

The group may be restricted. Check:

• Group settings allow bots
• Bot has Send Messages permission
• You're using the correct command format

"Not authorized" Errors

• Only group admins can use admin commands
• Make sure you're an admin in the group settings
• Some commands require bot admin rights too
